Return Policy

At 1999 Men's Vogue, we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. We want you to feel confident when you order from us. You may return a product within 30 days of the order date, no matter where in the world you live, provided that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all manufacturer tags and labels attached. Returns must be sent back in the original packaging.

Following these instructions allows us to process an exchange or issue a full refund for the item(s) purchased. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a 10% deduction from any refund processed.

If you request an exchange, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. The only exception is if we made an error with your order when it was originally dispatched.

Exceptions

Personalised or customised garments cannot be returned. This includes items that have been printed, embroidered, or altered to your specifications. Customised shirts, monogrammed pieces, and any item with personalised detailing are final sale and may not be returned under any circumstances.

How to Return a Product

Please ensure that all tags are intact and the original packaging is included. Enclose a small note letting us know whether you require a refund or an exchange.

Faulty Products: If there is a fault with your item, it must be returned within 5 working days (UK customers) or 10 working days (international customers) of delivery, with all inner and outer packaging and tags attached.

Customers outside the EEC: Please write "UK Return" on the green export sticker supplied by your Post Office when sending an order back. If this is not written on the export sticker, customs may impose a tax charge on the parcel, and it will be refused and returned to the sender.
